WHO?
Mindinglyfe is a UK/US based platform offering an Amazon-style marketplace for service providers – such as nannies, plumbers and dog walkers – to promote what they do and for service seekers to search for, book, and receive that service to their door rapidly and with confidence.
WHAT?
When Mindinglyfe’s founding directors contacted us they were at inception stage, looking for clarity on how they should portray themselves and to who, in order to strengthen the prospects of a return on their investment into the business and to create a more targeted approach to their marketing, visual branding and fundraising phase.
HOW?
Mindinglyfe engaged us on a full brand strategy programme, that ended up as four sessions to help them to define their purpose, where they were going, what they were committed to achieving, who they were looking to help, why they are different and how they’ll express all this to attract and convert their customers.
WHY?
Being pre-launch the founders wished to have clarity of direction, message and audience to optimise their marketing spend and to have the strongest argument for investors to get on board with the brand for what they plan to be an international expansion in the years to come.
