WHO?
CP is a management consultancy specialising in the provision of transformational managed solutions to some of the world’s leading financial institutions and blue-chip organisations. Their expertise extends to technology infrastructure, digital disruption, governance, regulatory compliance and change strategy.
WHAT?
We were approached in January 2020 to conduct a Brand Strategy Workshop with one of the organisation’s founders. This established business was looking to find its unique voice, to refine its messaging and the way this was being transmitted. We have subsequently written their website copy, their brochure, articles, a tender and a number of pitch decks.
HOW?
Taking just the pitch decks as an example of our work with this client, we acted as a critical friend, analysing a number they had already produced for presentation to tier one financial institutions. Our aim, as with all Review & Refine projects, was to identify and remove weaknesses, root out ambiguities and strengthen the impact of their words.
WHY?
The restructured, rewritten and refined decks have, to date, been used in several pitches for contracts worth tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of pounds, and in each case they have facilitated the progress of our client to the next round of the procurement process. CP know that they only get one chance to make a great first impression, which is why they continue to use us as their official critical friend wordsmiths.
